  Joining or donating to Consistent Life is easy.

There are two ways to join or donate:
1. Online right now, using one of the buttons below.

Or

2. Print out a form and mail it to us along with your dues.
  
     
Join/donate online right now as a Group:
$50 per year (groups under 100 members)
$100 per year (groups of 100 - 500 members)
$200 per year (groups over 500 members)

Join/donate online right now as an Individual:

$25 per year (Individual member)

$40 per year (Household member)
$75 per year (Supporter)
$100 per year (Patron)
$15 per year (Low income member)

For those living in voluntary poverty (whatever can be given)
Donations and membership fees to Consistent Life are tax deductible.
